Andy Wells, CCIM  – Managing Partner

Andy Wells is Managing Partner of the Prism Companies, full service real estate including development, brokerage, property management and investment services in the Greater Hickory Region. He has worked in commercial-investment real estate for over 30 years and is licensed as a Real Estate Broker in North Carolina. He has served in both the North Carolina Senate, and North Carolina House, and the North Carolina Board of Transportation. Wells has been involved as developer/owner and/or broker in a variety of real estate projects throughout the Southeast. His areas of focus include land planning, rezoning, historic renovation, tax deferred (1031) exchanges and estate issues related to real estate holdings including office, industrial, apartments and mixed-use. He has the experience, the know-how and the passion that it takes to manage Team Prism.

In addition, Wells holds a B.S. in Engineering Science and Mechanics, and a B.S. in Furniture Manufacturing and Management from N. C. State University, Raleigh, NC.

Tony Jarrett, Broker – Prism Commercial Real Estate

Tony Jarrett is a Senior Broker Specialist of Prism Commercial Real Estate. In commercial-investment real estate since 1997, he is licensed as a Real Estate Broker in North Carolina. Tony has provided extensive brokerage and advisory services to a number of local, regional and national clients including GE, Sprint Cellular, Corning Cable Systems, Peachtree Fabrics, Gulf States, Moretz Sports, Inc., BB & T, Wells Fargo, Chicago Title Company, Norandex and State Farm Insurance. His areas of focus include land brokerage, investment sales, industrial and office sales and leasing.
